Joycelyn Akamune awarded Hemera Contemplative Fellowship

Joycelyn is a previous Healer’s Art Student and planning committee student member of the 2018 RISHI Clinician and Student Well-Being Retreat. She led a session during the retreat. Joycelyn recently was awarded a Hemera contemplative fellowship and will be attending a workshop at the Garrison Institute in New York in the fall.
Joycelyn assisted in editing the updated Healer’s Art Student Reader. Joycelyn is a member of the 2020 Clinician and Student Well–Being Retreat planning committee. The topic for the 2020 RISHI Retreat will be “The Impact of Creativity on Clinician and Student Well-Being” scheduled for April 17-18, 2020 in Mills Park Hotel in Yellow Springs, Ohio.
